This sponsor manual is designed to help you plan for your participation at Powering Africa Summit 2025, providing you with useful information to ensure you enjoy a smooth, trouble-free run up to the event. Please do not hesitate to contact the organising team if you have any queries.

Please ensure you read this manual fully and don't forget to return your completed forms back to the correct suppliers by the stated deadlines.

Deliveries

  • Please schedule your shipment to arrive four days prior to the event start date to avoid additional storage fees (2nd March 2025)
  • Use the name of the recipient who will be on site to receive and sign for packages

  • Boxes, tape and packaging supplies are available for purchase at the FedEx Office Business Centre found on the meeting room floor (Level -2) of JW Marriott Washington DC

Table Top Stand

If your contact includes a table top stand, your table top stand package will be as follows: 

  • 2 x rectangle tables (the measurement of 1 x rectangle table is 6' x 30")
  • A black tablecloth will be provided
  • 2 x chairs
  • 1 x power socket

You will need to supply your own corporate signage (pull up banners only) and extension leads. Please note, we only permit your branded pull up banners to be placed directly behind your table top stand. 

Wi-Fi: Is complimentary throughout the event areas and networking hall.

Meeting Room

If your contract includes a meeting room, your meeting room package will be as follows:

Space Only Stand

Please note Space Only stands are not permitted for this event.

The floorplan will follow closer to the event (approx 1 week before the event)
